How do you find out your vertical jump?

Use Chalk or a piece of tape and reach as high as you can flat footed against a wall and make a mark on the wall there. Then jump as has high as you can off two feet straight up and mark the wall at the apex of your jump. Measure between the two marks with a tape measure. That is your vertical jump. Do two or three repetitions to make sure it’s accurate.

spit on your finger (its better than paint b/c it comes off) then reach as high as you can (standing not on ur tiptoes) then mark on the wall. then u do the same thing but you jump, then you measure the distance between the marks and voila!
