Increase Your Jump In Just 15 Weeks

What about professionally volleyball players, football players, and even baseball players? Maybe some of your friends in local pickup games can really jump, and you are fed up. No need to worry, there’s a solution for you. In just 15 short weeks, you can increase that vertical. After 15 weeks of dedication and commitment to working out and getting better, you can be the one dazzling your friends and dunking over opponents.

Ok, maybe you won’t be able to dunk but you absolutely will increase you vertical leap. The program is broken down into three parts. In weeks 1 through 3, you focus on strength training. Mondays and Thursdays are reserved for a variety of weight training workouts while Tuesdays and Fridays are for a number of jumping workouts. Following that period, you move onto speed work. For weeks 4 through 9, Mondays and Thursdays again focus on weight training. This time, the other days focus on jumping exercises.

The final weeks, weeks 10 through 15, focus on power. The weight training remains while a different set of jumping exercises are implemented. If you want to jump higher, do this program and you will see great results.
