How Cardio Can Increase Your Vertical Leap
By
So many athletes now- a- days want to increase their vertical. Professional, collegiate and even middle school athletes are looking for ways to jump higher and perform better. There are a number of exercise programs and products designed to increase vertical leaping ability. Most of these exercises, however, require tremendous amounts of skill and athletic ability. They are designed with the athlete in mind and assume previous workout experience. Athletes relatively new to their sport, or to working out in general, can become disappointed and even injured when using some of these techniques.
For any athlete, one of the first things needed to increase strength is a good cardio program. Cardio training is instrumental to physical health and endurance. Without that endurance, no athlete will be able to complete a program designed to increase a vertical. Beginners and even advanced athletes should implement a solid cardio program to strengthen their heart and athletic endurance. This will help them be able to jump high long into the game and help them complete other workouts.
Athletes with poor cardio workouts will likely be too out of breathe to even jump, let alone jump high. Developing a simple, yet effective cardio plan will do wonders for any athlete seeking to increase that leap.
